Deftones still amazing!
Excision performed a range of older songs, not just new ones, which was greatly appreciated. The rain in the lights during the continuous rain provided a visually interesting effect. This venue is one of my absolute favorites, where you can see the stage well from anywhere, including the grass, and the sound is fantastic. I caught Excision for the first time in many years, and they are just as good as they were before. For those who have followed a band for many years and numerous CD's, this is a positive aspect. Although the setlist was overall great, I just wish they had performed Passenger or Korea, my two favorites.
